By using IdeaProofNow you accept that this is a prior-existence tool for creative files. You keep the account. You back up the original. Payment means you accept the fee, cancel, and refund rules below.

Operator and charges

IdeaProofNow is operated by A Blank Studio LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Prices are in USD. Stripe collects payment. Card and PayPal account data do not pass through this site’s servers.

Fees

Amounts on the pricing and checkout pages, shown in USD, control the price. Unused subscription credits expire at period end and do not roll over. Per-file credits stay in the account with no expiry.

Cancel

Creator and Studio subscriptions can be cancelled any time. The next automatic charge then stops. Paid access and allowance in the current period last until that period ends.

Refunds

The digital stamp service starts as soon as payment is confirmed. After a stamp is completed, the certificate enters the operations log and is submitted for a Bitcoin anchor. That unit of service has been performed and is not refunded.

If you cancel mid-cycle, prepaid fees for the current period are not refunded day by day, except where a statute requires it.

Per-file credits can be used at once. Credits already used for a stamp are not refunded. Unused per-file credits are not refunded as a rule.

These cases are refunded to the original payment method: a duplicate charge; payment that succeeded but did not unlock credits or a plan; a refund required by applicable law.

If a subscriber on any plan requests a refund, used certification services are deducted at the per-file rate.

To request a refund, send your account email and Stripe receipt number to support@ideaproofnow.com. Refunds return by the original rail. Processor fees already taken, where law allows them to be withheld, may be deducted.

Contact us before you open a dispute with a card issuer or wallet. Where the service was delivered as described, we will tell the processor that the charge was for a completed digital stamp.

Prohibited use

Do not timestamp unlawful content. Do not interfere with verification. Do not present a timestamp as a statutory registration or a court judgment.

Source files

IdeaProofNow does not require you to upload the original in order to stamp a hash. You remain responsible for keeping a byte-identical copy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about this service are brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence that cannot be waived still apply.
